American SAR

XpressSAR Inc. is an American owned and operated company. It will operate a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) constellation that will consist of four identical satellites in two orbit planes with a 35° inclination.

With a planned launch in 2020, the XpressSAR constellation is optimized to provide excellent revisit performance in the cloud-persistent regions of the globe between 40°N and 40°S.

XpressSAR will have a mean revisit of one to four hours depending on the latitude.

Command and Control will be in Miami, Florida.
